He is survived by: his wife Paula Gamble Allen; his children, Warnie Douglas Allen, Jr. (Brittany) of Prestonsburg and Desirae Allen Caudill of Richmond; his stepdaughters, Sabrina Minix of Salyersville and Vanessa Vanderpool of Salyersville; his brother James Robert Hoover of Indiana; his grandchildren, Bri Allen, Jaycee Day, Liam Day and Emersyn Caudill; and his stepgrandchildren, Aiden Minix, Austin Bailey, Natalia Bailey, Samantha Howard and Sarah Vanderpool.
