He was predeceased by: his parents, Warner Willis and Nancy Pauline Spradlin Willis; and his brothers, William "Bill" Willis, David Joe Willis and John Willis.
He is survived by: his daughter Ethel Pauline "Polly" Willis Bradley of Prestonsburg, KY; his stepchildren, Cooley Jarvis of Crown City, OH, Joyce Odette Tackett of Wittensville, KY and Linda Tackett-Wright; his sisters, Ivanell Wells of Lexington, KY and Peggy Morris; and his grandchildren, Charles Warner Trenton Bradley, Chance Edwin Bradley, Whitney Austin Bradley, Case Holden Bradley and Rimini-Ashton Bradley Merrick.
