She is survived by: her son Michael David; her daughter-in-law Lisa Reed-Cooper of Salyersville, KY; her grandson Adam Michael Cooper of West Liberty, KY; and her great grandchildren, Grace Caroline Cooper and Remington Michael Cooper.
