She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Ratliff. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Varney Ratliff; her daughter Amber Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky; her siblings, Gordie Ratliff (Ann) of Fishers, Thomas Ratliff (Sarah) of Ashland, Kentucky, Karen Blackburn (Rick) of Prestonsburg and Pam Ratliff of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and her grandson Jaxon Ousley.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Fellowship Church (78 Court St, Allen City, KY 41601).
