He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Lackey and Clotine Meek Lackey; his wife Emma Collins Lackey; his children, William Lackey of Prestonsburg, Michael Lee Lackey (Ashley) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Edie Michelle Lackey Scott of Harold and Emile Kate Lackey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Dwayne Lackey (Shelby) of Williamsport, Jeffrey Lackey of Boons Camp, Kentucky and Karen Sargent (Eddie) of Van Lear, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Dylan Lackey, Autumn Lackey, Brayden Lackey, Braelynn Lackey, Reagan Mollett and Lexi Scott.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
