She is survived by: her parents, Jackie Scalf and Bonnie Blackburn Scalf; her children, Ricky Scalf of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Sherry Vanhoose (Phillip Wilkerson) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her sister Sandra Scalf; and her grandchildren, Makayla Lackey (Shane), Marty Vanhoose, Jada Wilkerson and Jade Wilkerson.
