She was predeceased by: her mother Henrietta Ward Harrison; her stepfather Felix C. Harrison; her son Harry Michael Cooley; her siblings, Michael Harrison and Donna Mahan; and her brothers-in-law, Randall Miles and Jerry Mabry.
She is survived by: her husband Otis Hansel Cooley Sr.; her children, Otis Hansel Cooley, Jr. (Oddie Lynne) and Dana Lynn Hall (Lloyd "Dickie") of Prestonsburg; her sisters, Rebecca Miles of Goodletsville, TN and Joann Mabry of Smyrna, TN; her sister-in-law Laurie Harrison of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Lindsay Newkirk (Scott) and Lauren Taylor (Eddie); and her great grandchildren, Preston Eddie Ray Taylor, Sarah Ellen Paige Taylor, Taylor Thomas Newkirk and Cameron Clo Newkirk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
