She is survived by: her sons, Jody Carroll of Prestonsburg, KY, Jason Carroll of Prestonsburg, KY and Zachary Carroll (Tamra) of Prestonsburg, KY; her siblings, Wilma Campbell of Prestonsburg, KY and Tandy Campbell of Prestonsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Destiny, Alanis, Dylan, Haley, Erin, Lucy, Bradley, Carson, Lily, Ariana and Addison; and her great grandchildren, Zoey, Kyra, Milly, Ian, Travis, Maddox, Lukas, Abel, Angie Ousley, Stephanie Marshall, Misty Carroll, Stacy Carroll and Amy Adams.
