He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ousley and Bertha Stephens Ousley; his wife Wanda Lafferty Ousley; his sons, Bryan Ousley and Mark Ousley; his grandson Robert Sexton; and his siblings, William Joe Ousley and Ruby Shepherd.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Ousley (Diana) of Prestonsburg and Missy Patton (Steve) of Richmond, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Miranda Ousley Stinnet (Caleb), Bryan Ousley (Lova) and Courtney Patton Combs (Trenton); his great grandchildren, Shane Sexton, Caden Delpont, Brantley Delpont, Keelyn Stinnet and Kash Stinnet; and his siblings, Buddy Ousley of Prestonsburg and Lula Bell Morris of Missouri.
