She is survived by: her brother Herman Roberts (Judy) of Salyersville, Kentucky; and her sons, Frank Shell III (Jennifer) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, James Shell (Melissa) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Bill Shell (Suzanne) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She is also survived by two granddaughter, 4 grandsons, 1 great grandson, 1 great granddaughter, 1 step granddaughter, 2 step grandsons, 5 step great granddaughters and 1 step great grandson.
