He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kay "Penny" Justice; his children, Matt Justice (Lindsey) of Tulsa, OK, Carolyn Taylor (Ralph) and Rebecca Justice Mills (John) of Prestonsburg, KY; his brother James Michael Justice of Danville, KY; and his grandchildren, Emiley Justice, Brian Justice, Courtney Boyd (Tyler), Christin Taylor, Alli Sloan (Austin) and Braden Mills (Shelby). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
