He was predeceased by: his parents, Archel Blackburn and Emma Jean Lewis Blackburn; and his siblings, Gary, Stevie, Paul, Scottie, Keith Blackburn, Etta Faye Blackburn, Charlotte George and Debbie Burns. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
