He is survived by: his children, Chad Bays (Lisa) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Erica Reid (Kevin) of Allen, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kevin Reid II, Aaron Reid, Hailey Bays and Hunter Nichols; and his siblings, Ken Bays of Ohio, Bonnie Mulkey of Banner and Freida Calton of Fayetteville.
