He is survived by: his mother JoAnne Ousley Goble; his sons, Richard Goble of Prestonsburg, Jeff Goble (Felicia) of Prestonsburg and Jeremy Rice of Bevinsville, Kentucky; his granddaughter Anison Elyse Goble; his siblings, Robert Goble (Kimberly) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Jill Delong (Mike) of Van Lear, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Blake, Devin, Kaci, Bradley, Maria, Jacob and Sarah. He is also survived by 6 Great Nieces & Nephews.
