She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Slusher and Pauline Pitts Hensley. She is survived by: her son Shawn Puckett; her husband John Puckett of Salyersville; her daughters, Gina Joseph of Salyersville and Pauletta Puckett of Salyersville; her siblings, Doug Pitts of Salyersville, Arnold Pitts of Ohio and Loretta Taylor of Ohio; her grandchildren, Natosha Dakota Hill of Salyersville, Alexandria Nigel Bailey of Salyersville, Brianna Joseph of Salyersville and Shawn Fletcher; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Hill, Kodee Hill, Brentston Bailey, Blaine Bailey and Kinslee Grace Hill.
