It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randell Dean Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dean and Anna Lou Maynard Blackburn; and his brother Tommy Blackburn. He is survived by: his sisters, Ruby Tackett (Kevin) of Harold, Velinda Goble of Prestonsburg and Anita Crider of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his son Drake Crider; his niece Lakein Crider; and his nephew Friends.
