We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Peggy Ann Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, born in David, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tandy Bartley and Ethel Brown Bartley; her siblings, Donald Bartley and Jacque Heflin; and her great grandchild Ripley Hamilton.
She is survived by: her husband Edward E. Ousley; her daughters, Tanda Kaye Bailey of Hazard, KY and Edwina Gaye Ousley of Martin, KY; her siblings, Billy Bartley (Donna) of Dothan, AL and Tudy Carlton (Richard) of Walla Walla, WA.; and her grandchildren, Cameron Bailey (Brittany), Kelsey Bailey, Weston Hicks (Katie) and Halee Hicks.
In lieu of flowers, Peggy would have liked for everyone to make a donation to the Prestonsburg Seventh Day Adventist Church or to the Floyd County Animal Shelter.
