He is survived by: his wife Theresia Ann Johnson; his children, Sam Johnson (Stacey) of Jasper, Paul (Crystal) of Boone Creek, Kentucky and Andrea Slone (Matthew) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, David Johnson of Indiana, Polly Campbell of Prestonsburg and Nadine Watson of Independence, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Haley Johnson, Maria Nogay, Steven Johnson, Paul Gabriel Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Ayden Osborne and Natilee Slone.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
