Halfhill; her children, Joe Edd Hicks Jr. of David, Kentucky and Heather Halfhill Meade (Craig) of Paintsville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Aiden Vickers, Robbie Vickers, Maddie McIntire, Jayson McIntire and Hadley Meade; and her niece Tiffany Ray.
