She is survived by: her children, Michael Keith Duff (Ella) of Garrett, KY, Diannia Lynn Slone of Wayland, KY, Vanessa Mae Slone of Garrett, KY and Charlene Clark (John) of Prestonsburg, KY; and her brothers, Wayne Adkins of Hueysville, KY and Ray Vernon Adkins of Hueysville, KY. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
