She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Sparks (Willis Jr.) of Prestonsburg, Lori Wright (Ronald) of Prestonsburg and Sandy Garrett (Dean) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her brother John Herd; her grandchildren, Lexie, Steven, Ashley, Hanna and Nick; and her great grandchildren, Lance, Madelyn and Noah.
