She is survived by: her husband Homer Hackworth; her sons, Lonnie Hackworth (Missy) and Jeremy Hackworth (Leanne); and her grandchildren, Skyler Hackworth, Kadynce Hackworth, Kaylee Hackworth, Emma Hackworth, Raegan Rose, Lexi Rose, Treyton Hackworth and Branson Hackworth.
