Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
