She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Justice and Ollie Justice; her husband Joseph Walters; her son Milford Boyd; and her siblings, Albert, Phil, Clifford, Milford, Lindy, Elsie, Rhonda and Maggie.
She is survived by: her children, Fredrick Robinson (Jenn) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Connie Holloway (Bert) of Pikeville, Patricia Johnson (Johnny) of Prestonsburg, Melissa Leslie (Robert) of Winchester and Sabrina Thacker (James) of Pikeville, Kentucky; and her sister Vernie Adkins of Pikeville, Kentucky. She is also survived by Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
