She is survived by: her spouse Thomas H. Skeens; and her children, William Joe Skeens (Marie) of Prestonsburg, Thomas Edward Skeens of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Kay Skeens Tungate (David) of Lexington, Kentucky. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 23 Great Grandchildren.
