He is survived by: his wife Mary Martinez Holbrook; his daughters, Kathy Stillwell (Chris) of Orient and Karina Holbrook of Columbus, Ohio; his grandsons, Adam Stillwell (Taryn), Austin Stillwell (Avery) and Tony Zeier; his great grandchildren, Stetson and Savannah; and his siblings, Don Holbrook (Diane) of Prestonsburg and Patsy Wells of Grove City, Ohio..
