It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kellie Rainey Spencer of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Tommy Dale Rainey; and her sister Jimmie Lou O'Dell. She is survived by: her mother Lucie Cooper Rainey of Prestonsburg, KY; her brother Thomas Rainey (Michelle Blair) of Prestonsburg, KY; and her nieces and nephews, Madison and Jake Rainey.
