She was predeceased by: her husband John Mark Stephens Jr.; and her parents, Ira Hamilton and Thelma Shepherd. She is survived by: her sons, John Mark III Stephens (Alexandra) of Prestonsburg, KY and Nathaniel Scott Stephens of Louisville, KY; her siblings, Bruce Shepherd (Jeremy) of Lexington, KY, Brian Shepherd of Saltlick, KY., Dorothy Brown of Harold, KY and Joyce Damron of Coal Run, KY.; and her grandchildren, Luke Andrew Stephens and Virginia Katherine Stephens.
