He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Stumbo II and Pauline Crawford Stumbo. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Kaylor Stumbo; his daughters, Jessica Stumbo of Ivel and Kayleigh Stumbo of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchild Elaina Sinicola of Ivel, Kentucky; and his brother James "Jimmy" Stumbo (Friends) of Pikeville, Kentucky.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649).
