She is survived by: her children, Craig Douglas Bays (Melissa), Donna Jean Bays Jewell (late Terry) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Dale Shaheen (Lisa) of Finley and Leslie Morgan Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her siblings, Thurman Lafferty of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Dortha Sue Wells (Wendell) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Thelma "Nell" Carter (Ernie) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Billie Gayle Tucker (Tim) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her grandsons, Jeremy Brent Jewell (Crystal), Christopher Lee Jewell, Evan Douglas Bays (Brooke) and Tyler William Bays; her great grandchildren, Damon O'Ryan Jewell, Kylie Brooke Jewell, Xander Harold Jewell, Abagail Ave Jewell and Terry James "TJ" Jewell; and her great great grandchild Jordan Blake.
