He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bailey and Bonnie Hyden Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Terri Cavins Bailey; his daughter Heather Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his siblings, Carl Bailey Jr. of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Carol Bailey of Texas, Carla Bailey of Prestonsburg, Judith Bailey of Prestonsburg and Shari Fannin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Nova Hallam and Donavan Hallam.
