He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John K Blackburn (Pam) and Janice Mitchell Hall; his siblings, Kevin J Blackburn (Louquida) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Maryann Hall (Tony Maddox) of Winchester, Kentucky; his aunts, Rita Sellards and Patty Manuel; his grandmother Mary Alice Hicks; his sister Michelle Blackburn Whitley; and his grandparents, Otto, Dora Martin Blackburn, Earnest and Margeline Lambert Mitchell.
