He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Manuel Adams and Ellis Adams; and his siblings, Cathy Nelson and Jack Nelson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sheril Nelson Adams of Prestonsburg; his daughter Mary Adams (James Combs) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky.; his nieces and nephews, Misty Chaney (Josh), Jennifer Prater (Rick Branham), Ashley Delong (Ethan), Rachel Wright (Wayne Slone), Jackyln Nelson, Matt Prater (Krissie), Chase Baldridge (Elizabeth) and Blake Baldridge; and his sisters, Deborah Prater (Manis) and Sandra Baldridge (Ronnie).
In lieu of flowers pleases make donations to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
