He is survived by: his father Henry Sloan; his wife Kimberly Sloan; his children, James of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Destiny, Katie and Harlie of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his stepbrothers, Andrew Ousley of Georgetown, Roland Ousley of Warsaw, Zeb Ousley of Garrett and Thomas Ousley of Warsaw, Indiana; his sisters, Jetta Martin of Georgetown and Krista Garrett; and his stepsister Anna Ousley of McDowell, Kentucky..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
