It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isaac Henry Fitzpatrick of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Isaac Henry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Isaac Henry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Isaac Henry leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Fitpatrick and Savannah Howard Fitzpatrick Fraley. He is survived by: his siblings, Al Fraley (Peggy) of Richmond, Kentucky and Lana "Dougie" Howard (Joe) of Commerce Township, Michigan. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Prestonsburg (234 S Lake Dr, Prestonsburg, KY 41653). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
