She was predeceased by: her parents, Stallard Adkins and Alma Adkins; her husband James Clevinger; and her siblings, Cleo Adkins, Dora Adkins, Geraldine Hopkins, Phillip Adkins, Kenneth Adkins, Vernon Adkins, Harlan Adkins, Reed Adkins and Avery Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Clevinger (Josh McPeek) and Robert Slone (Ashley); her grandchildren, Philip Slone, Keira Harris, Kaden Harris and Ethan Harris; her sister Shirley Diles; and her niece Renee Young.
