He is survived by: his parents, Hazie Boyd and Lily M. Akers Boyd of Banner, Kentucky.; his children, Jeremy Boyd of Banner, Kentucky and Margarita Boyd of Martin, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kylie, Elijah and Bryson; and his siblings, Christopher Boyd of Banner, Kentucky, Shelia Marcum of Prestonsburg, Dawonna Prater of Banner, Tammy Bryant of Banner, Valerie Matthews of Ashland and Rachel Dotson of Stanville, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Little Salem Old Regular Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
