He is survived by: his children, John Gordon Neeley of Georgetown, Kentucky and Sharon Neeley-Branham (Charlie) of East Point, Kentucky; his granddaughters, Kathryn Branham and Rachel Branham-O'Bryan (Matt); and his siblings, Fred Neeley of Lexington, Mary Elkins of Prestonsburg and Jacquline Childers of Prestonsburg, Kentucky..
