He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Cooley (Tommy) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kayla Jarvis (Donnie) and Jamie Marsillett (Ryan Wells); his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Williams, Brennen Williams and Jaxon Stephenson; and his Honorary grandchild Nicholas Collins.
