He was predeceased by: his father Tom Carroll; and his daughter-in-law Brooke Russell. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Campbell Carroll; his sons, Zachary Carroll (Tamra) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Jason Carroll (Angie) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Jody Carroll of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Carson Carroll, Erin Carroll, Lucy Carroll, Lily Carroll, Haley Carroll, Bradley Carroll, Dylan Carroll, Alanis Carroll, Destiny Carroll, Ariana Carroll and Addison Carroll. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
