He is survived by: his wife Sandra Couch Johnson; his sons, Bryan Johnson (Amie) of Prestonsburg and Jeremy Johnson (Jodi) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Sarabeth Clark (William), Kobe Johnson (Lexie), Chloe "Leshae" Johnson and Maisy Elizabeth Johnson; his great grandchildren, Kaia Renee Johnson, Brylan Brooks Clark and Asher Bray Johnson; and his pet Tokyo.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
