He was predeceased by: his parents, James Risner and Laura Bell Haney Risner. He is survived by: his sons, Henry Risner of Prestonsburg, KY, Billy Keith Risner of Prestonsburg, KY and Jamie Risner of Prestonsburg, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
