She is survived by: her children, Gale Douglas Howes of Prestonsburg, KY and Charlotte Faye Hensley of Paintsville, KY; her sister Avonell Sturgill of Lima, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Raleigh Hensley, Brent Anthony Hensley, Chad Allen Hensley and Tiffany Renee Howes; and her great grandchildren, Christian Anthony Hensley, Camron Allen Hensley, Conner Axel Hensley, Caylee Ann Hensley, Braxton Lee Hensley, Gabriella and Ryder Howes.
