He was predeceased by: his father Albert Watkins; and his siblings, Forester Watkins, Raleigh Watkins, Lonnie Watkins, Lee Edward Watkins, Tollie Watkins, Ollie Watkins, Opal Sparks, Agaleah Helton, Velvia Prater, Flora Spaulding, Ora Watkins, Dora Watkins and Jewel Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Dorinda Sparks Watkins; his children, Tana Watkins Patrick (Doug), Tim Watkins (Louise) and Eddie Watkins (Lisa); his siblings, Ronald Watkins, Debbie Kay Prater and Donna Helton; and his grandchildren, Corey, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Chris, Emily, Austin, Cody and Jacob. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
