He is survived by: his wife Ruby Southwood Lewis of Prestonsburg, KY.; his mother-in-law Vickie Neace of Prestonsburg, KY; his brother-in-law Pola Southwood of Prestonsburg, KY.; his uncle Donald Deaton (Crystal) of Prestonsburg, KY.; and his aunts, Eula Cole, Betty Gross of Campton, KY and Janice Lewis of Booneville, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
