He is survived by: his wife Deborah Humble McCoy; his children, Amos Wesley McCoy (Susan Price) of Chesnut, Andrew Clayton McCoy of Printer, Kentucky and Maggie Malinda McCoy Risner of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" McCoy of Printer and Billie Sue McCoy of Martin, Kentucky. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren & 2 Great Grandchildren.
