He is survived by: his wife Jessie Lewis; his children, Rosalee Lewis of Banner, KY, Wilma Lewis Carty (Matt) of Salyersville, KY, Brenda Lewis (Becky) of Dana, KY and Justin Lewis of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Hubert Goble (Carolyn) of Banner, KY and Patty Lewis (Tommy) of Banner, KY; and his grandchildren, Gordon Lee Porter, Kaylee Carty, Jordan Carty and James Ellis Kiser-Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
