She was predeceased by: her father L. A. Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Bradford; her daughter Felisha Bradford Slone (Steven) of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; her brother Charles Blake Johnson of Melvin, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Bailee Ratliff, Austin Slone and Mason Slone.
