He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kayla Maynard; his siblings, Johnny Mills (Christie) of Inez, KY, Tammy Jude (David) of River, KY and Chasity Butcher (Billy) of Johnson County, KY; his close friend Lois Harris; and his grandchildren, Madilyn, Logan and Brionna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
