He is survived by: his sister Thelma Ruth Prater (Billie Joe) of Ashland; his nieces, Tina Ward of Ashland, Sharon Hambrick of Catlettsburg and Anna Sue Moore of Pike County; and his nephew Alton Ross Moore of Pike County. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
